What This Job Is Really Like Every night is different. One shift may have you supporting a medical office in Grand Blanc, the next covering a surgery center in Flint, and the next learning a completely new building alongside a supervisor.

What You'll Be Doing Responsibilities may include: Covering open shifts at multiple commercial and medical facilities Cleaning and sanitizing offices, restrooms, breakrooms, exam rooms, and common areas Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor care Restocking supplies and maintaining janitor closets Operating cleaning equipment such as backpack vacuums and floor scrubbers Locking/unlocking buildings and setting alarms Learning building-specific procedures and expectations Communicating with supervisors and operations staff throughout the night Identifying maintenance or safety concerns Assisting with inspections and quality control Adapting to changing schedules and priorities Who Does Well In This Position?
