Janitor

Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. is in search of Janitors for one of our customers at a facility in Flint, Michigan,. The successful candidates will maintain buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing routine maintenance functions. We are looking to fill this position with experienced candidates that are detail and service oriented.

Available work schedules:

Monday to Sunday Morning Shift Hourly Rate- $21.52

Duties:

Clean and service restrooms. Floors and Carpets Parking lot and Ramps street Dust and empty trash containers Maintain an inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies Clean Stairwell Clean Offices Hallways Clean other areas assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 year janitorial experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be a self starter, punctual and reliable person willing to be a team player at all times.

Requirements:

Must be able to pass background check requiring fingerprinting. Lifting of heavy supplies and materials. Applicant should be English speaking and shall be able to read , write, speak, understand and communicate effectively in English.
