Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Established in 2014, JTM Cleaning & General Contracting, LLC has built a solid reputation as a premier commercial cleaning business in the mid-Michigan area. Large enough to handle complicated maintenance schedules, yet small enough to offer a personal touch, JTM Cleaning & General Contracting, LLC takes pride in delivering quality janitorial services that our customers depend on day in and day out. JTM Cleaning offers commercial cleaning, floor care and disinfecting service

Tasks:

Total hours per week is 17 . Scheduled part-time 3 days per week Monday & Wednesday's after 3:30 pm 5 hours per shift hour shift AND remaining hours on either Fri, Sat or Sun. Located in Fowlerville Industrial Park. Location is manufacturing/office settings. Applicants preferred live local. Applicants outside this range may not be considered. Review after 30 days for overall performance. Physical capabilities to perform in-depth cleaning of a manufacturing facilty that operates 24/7. Responsibilites include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, disinfecting/sanitizing and spot cleaning of walls, interior windows and door handles. Deep cleaning of all bathrooms & breakroom. Responsibilites will also include inventory on supplies and putting supplies away. Restocking supplies and setting up/organizing janitor cart for day shift employee. Flooring experience a plus.

Qualifications:

2 years janitorial experience preferred positive attitude & good people skills detail oriented & organized reliable & punctual must be able to work alone & be a hard worker reliable transportation & valid driver license background check, drug screen, and references checked

MUST HAVE A GOOD WORK HISTORY. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE HARDWORKING TO PUT FORTH EFFORT AND NOT JUST COLLECT A PAYCHECK.

There is room for additional hours, advancement and opportunities for the right individual to grow into a hard-working manager position within the company. Biweekly payroll via ACH direct deposit.
