Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking to hire multiple Hood Cleaning technicians. Starting pay $20/hr, no prior experience needed. You will be based out of Midland, but working across the entire lower peninsula in a company provided vehicle. Typical schedule is 4 days on, 3 days off. You will work mostly 3rd shift, with some 1st shift days on occasion. Goal is to get you 40 hours every week; some weeks will be more. Responsibilities Primary responsibilities will involve assisting the senior hood cleaning technician at the job site. Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including the hood, ductwork, filters, plenum, fan, bowl, and roof. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or hazards. Maintain accurate records of completed work, supplies used, and maintenance logs. Skills Valid drivers license with clean driving record over previous three years. Proficient in going up and down ladders, as high as 20ft. Experience in using power washing equipment. Ability to lift at least 50lbs. Great teamwork skills, you will be spending 100% of your time working with another technician. Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and operation of equipment, mostly power washers and vans. Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to follow detailed instructions. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
