Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment across our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks to ensure all areas are spotless, organized, and well-maintained. Your efforts will directly contribute to a positive experience for employees, visitors, and clients alike. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, vacuuming and mopping to preserve the appearance of various flooring surfaces. Handle industrial cleaning tasks when necessary. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as reporting issues requiring professional attention. Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly to ensure a safe working environment. Support additional porter duties or custodial responsibilities as assigned to uphold the overall cleanliness of the facility. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial settings. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, and cleaning methods. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and basic repair procedures. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as, vacuums safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts. Physical ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods. Responsibilities include:

REQUIREMENTS
- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
