Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for general custodial duties and lite maintenance needs are addressed as needed. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and handle a variety of tasks. Duties Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards. Ensure janitorial and custodial needs are addressed Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and teamwork. Experience Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership when necessary. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
