Holland, MI & surrounding areas. 2nd Shift | Full-Time | $20.00/hr | Direct Hire $1,000 Hiring Bonus $250 after 30 days $250 after 60, 90 and 120 days! (subject to terms and conditions) Are you passionate about training others and fluent in both English and Spanish ? We're looking for a Bilingual Support Cleaner / Trainer to help onboard and support our cleaning teams in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll play a key part in developing our workforce and ensuring consistent quality and safety standards.
What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on training to new employees on cleaning tasks, equipment use, and safety procedures. Translate training materials and instructions as needed to support Spanish-speaking staff. Fill in for absent team members and assist with cleaning as needed. Work closely with site leaders and trainees to promote a positive, productive work environment. Maintain training documentation and communicate progress with managers.

Bilingual:
Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead and teach others Flexible, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Previous custodial experience preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Why Join Enviro-Clean?
