Job Description
We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented team member who loves helping people and isn't afraid to get hands-on! What You'll Do Assist customers with packing and shipping through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL Create custom packaging, including building boxes from large sheets of cardboard (templates provided — sometimes this means working on the floor) Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude Handle packages safely and routinely lift/move up to 50 lbs unassisted Manage mail sorting for private mailboxes (physical & digital) Offer fax/copy services and support retail sales Adapt to a variety of daily tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment What We're Looking For Strong math skills and keen attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and challenges Reliability and punctuality Availability during business hours (M-F, 9:00-5:30) primarily from 11am-5:45pm What We Offer A positive, supportive work environment A job where every day brings something different The chance to work with a great team and amazing customers (Please note: This position does not include health benefits.)
