Overtime Pay:

Sanitation Associate:

Clean and sanitize processing equipment and processing facilities. Prevent cross-contamination of products, work-in-progress, food contact surfaces, and food contact packaging during sanitation procedures. Follow all company Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Work safely with the chemicals used in the cleaning process. Ensure compliance with all safety standards (OSHA, MIOSHA). Assist with maintaining plant readiness for local, state, and other inspections. Dismantle equipment for cleaning and reassemble to restore performance. Perform seasonal ground-keeping duties as needed. Skills and Abilities for the

Sanitation Associate:

Equipment cleaning and sanitizing experience. Equipment dismantling and re-assembly experience. Ability to lift, push, or pull weights over 50 pounds frequently. While performing duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, squat, kneel, walk, and perform repetitive motions. This person frequently required to push and pull, climb, balance, reach, and lift. There is a moderate level of noise while operating cleaning equipment. Duties may include handling garbage, unpleasant odors, etc.
