  • Employees in this job perform and oversee a variety of janitorial and custodial tasks in a food-based Manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the janitorial service. Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules. Knowledge of the proper use of chemicals, fertilizers, and pesticides. Ability to follow instructions. Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies such as floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning compounds and solutions. Knowledge of the qualities and uses of various cleaning, sanitizing, stripping, and waxing compounds. Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules and regulations. Knowledge of building and property security procedures. Weekend availability
JOB DUTIES
Cleaning in a manufacturing environment Trash removal and dumping Bakery bi-product removal and dumping Sweeping Vacuuming Power washing Mopping and floor scrubbing Wet cleaning - Dish washing and sanitizing Breakroom and Restroom Cleaning. Bakery waste removal from all areas of the facility. Production tool wet cleaning Monthly food safety and personal safety training
SCHEDULE
1st Shift Mon-Sat 7:00a-3:30p $18.00
  • Will have 1 day off between Mon-Sat
