Overview We are seeking a flexible and reliable On Call Mover/Cleaner to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential moving furniture and cleaning services, ensuring their spaces are safe, spotless, and well-maintained. As an on-call position, you will have the flexibility to respond promptly to scheduled and last-minute jobs. Duties Assist with staging furniture moves by safely packing, loading, transporting, and unloading belongings Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting, furniture moving, and work when necessary Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or residential housekeeping is preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks efficiently Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during on-call shifts Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination Outdoor work experience is a plus for handling exterior cleaning or move-related tasks Demonstrated reliability with a flexible schedule to respond promptly to on-call requests Join us if you're motivated by helping others maintain clean, organized spaces while enjoying a role that values your flexibility and dedication.
