1:30 pm Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Day Porter to our team at a busy healthcare facility near the Five Mile Road corridor in Livonia.

This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys staying active, helping others, and taking pride in keeping an important care environment clean and welcoming throughout the day. Because the facility remains occupied during the shift, the Day Porter will respond to cleaning needs as they arise and help maintain a safe, professional environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare staff. We are looking for someone who is friendly, attentive, and consistently dependable. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces Empty trash, restock supplies, and perform routine cleaning Sweep, mop, and respond to spills or immediate cleaning needs Monitor high-traffic areas and respond to service requests Report supply, equipment, or facility concerns to management Requirements Must be comfortable working in a healthcare environment Dependable and consistent attendance Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and respond to changing priorities Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform routine custodial tasks
