Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various facilities. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors using appropriate floor care techniques. Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to uphold health standards and ensure a hygienic environment. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed. Maintain cleanliness of carpets through specialized cleaning methods like shampooing or steam cleaning. Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning products to ensure continuous availability. Assist with light cooking or food preparation tasks when required in hospitality settings. Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and addressing any cleaning concerns professionally. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work, residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments. Familiarity with floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning. Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Prior experience in laundry services or housekeeper management is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude toward clients and team members. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
