Brief Statement of Duties Brief Statement of Duties:

Under routine supervision, engage in a variety of housekeeping, custodial and maintenance projects in University buildings and on adjacent grounds.

Minimum Qualifications Required Education:

High School Graduation or Equivalent Required Specialized Training/Certifications:

Valid motor vehicle operator's license as required. Certified to operate a forklift, scissor lift and boom lift and fall protection certification within six months of hire.

Required Minimum Work Experience:

Combination of one year of experience in custodial and/or building maintenance work in hotels/motels, apartments, or relevant business or institutional settings. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Attributes Required for Satisfactory Performance of the
