A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Janitorial position open for daily light duty office cleaning. Cleaning will be performed while the tenant is occupying the space. Applicant must be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner while working unsupervised in an active workplace. Total Office Sq Ft. 6000 4
