Job Description
## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. This position involves performing a variety of custodial duties to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for staff and visitors. ## Duties
- Perform custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain floors through buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties as required
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed ## Skills
- Experience in custodial or related field preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus
- Ability to perform residential painting tasks is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and visitors effectively
