Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, including desks, floors, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies. Handle various cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash disposal, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces to ensure optimal sanitation standards. Potential to operate commercial cleaning equipment including floor buffers and custodial tools safely and efficiently to maintain floor care excellence. Follow safety protocols when handling chemical agents and cleaning supplies, ensuring proper storage and usage in accordance with safety procedures. Conduct manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or cleaning materials while adhering to safe lifting practices. Maintain cleanliness logs, report maintenance issues promptly, and ensure all cleaning activities meet health and safety regulations. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and proper chemical handling safety procedures. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and other custodial tools confidently. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently during evening hours with minimal supervision while following all safety protocols.
