We work with real estate agents, property investors and property managers to get homes and rentals ready for their next chapter. That can mean a listing going on the market, a rental between tenants, or a property that needs to look its best for showings. In real estate, first impressions sell homes and rent units, and our cleaners make that first impression. Who We're Looking For We're looking for detail cleaners who understand that a property is being judged the moment the door opens. You know the difference between clean and market-ready. You notice fingerprints on switch plates, dust on baseboards and streaks on windows, and you don't leave until they're gone. You understand how real estate works: listing dates, photo shoots, showings, inspections, closings and tenant move-in dates. You know these deadlines are firm and plan your work around them. What You'll Do Complete move-out and move-in cleans for rental turnovers Deep clean homes to get them ready for listing photos, showings and open houses Detail kitchens and bathrooms, including appliances, cabinets inside and out, fixtures, tile and grout Clean baseboards, doors, trim, light fixtures, switch plates, vents and blinds Clean interior windows, sills and tracks Take care of the final touches that make a strong first impression Remove leftover debris and items tenants or sellers left behind Take before and after photos, and flag any damage or repair needs to our office Work in vacant properties using lockbox access, following each property's instructions What We Need From You Detail cleaning experience, preferably in residential, rental turnover or real estate prep Working knowledge of real estate processes: listings, photos, showings, inspections, closings and tenant turnovers An eye for first impressions and the standards buyers and renters expect Reliable and punctual, and able to meet firm deadlines Able to work on your own in vacant properties with little supervision Clear communication and good customer service with agents, owners and property managers Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license A smartphone for scheduling, photos and job updates A high level of comfort using apps for scheduling and sharing pictures Able to lift up to 10-20 lbs, bend, kneel, climb stairs and ladders, and stay on your feet Willing to complete a background check Nice to Have Experience working with property managers, real estate agents or investors Experience with detail cleaning appliances, bathroom facilities and interior windows Your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment Availability for occasional rush jobs before a listing or move-in date What We Offer Flexible scheduling Steady work from our network of agents, investors and property managers Work across Wayne and Oakland Counties Rewards for 5 Star Reviews A professional, supportive team that values quality work How to Apply Apply through Indeed with a short note about your cleaning experience.
