Clean Team Inc. is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Evening Janitorial Specialist to join our team in Pinconning, MI. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating spotless, sanitized environments and prefers working independently during second-shift hours. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across local commercial accounts. You'll follow a routine schedule to complete daily custodial tasks, ensuring facility spaces remain safe, presentable, and welcoming for occupants and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Disinfect and sanitize restrooms, break areas, and common facilities to maintain public health standards. Perform routine floor care, including sweeping, damp mopping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning. Dust offices, high-touch surfaces, desks, and window ledges. Gather trash, dispose of refuse properly, and replace trash liners across the building. Keep janitorial closets organized and notify management when cleaning products need restocking. Follow all workplace safety policies, including proper chemical handling guidelines.
Qualifications:
Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older. Reliable individual transportation to travel to assigned work sites. Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision while managing your time effectively. Strong physical capability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift standard cleaning equipment throughout your shift.
