Job Description
Shining Faith Cleaning Services is seeking experienced residential cleaners to work as independent contractors throughout Romulus and the Metro Detroit area. This opportunity is for cleaners who already have professional residential cleaning experience, reliable transportation, and their own cleaning supplies and equipment. Contractors will be offered residential cleaning assignments based on availability and service area. You may accept or decline offered assignments. Compensation Compensation is a predetermined flat rate per completed cleaning assignment, generally $50-$100 per job, depending on the size, condition, and scope of the cleaning. This is not hourly employment. Types of Cleaning Assignments Standard residential cleaning Deep cleaning Move-in and move-out cleaning Recurring residential cleaning Other residential cleaning assignments as available General Cleaning Tasks May Include Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms Dusting and wiping surfaces Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming Cleaning mirrors and interior glass Cleaning bedrooms and living areas Emptying household trash Sanitizing appropriate surfaces Completing the agreed Shining Faith service checklist for the assigned job Requirements Professional residential cleaning experience required Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment Must have a working vacuum and basic residential cleaning tools Must have reliable transportation to customer locations Must be dependable and able to work independently Must communicate professionally Must be willing to follow the service scope/checklist for each accepted assignment Must be able to provide references or other verification of residential cleaning experience Must be willing to provide before/after photos when required for quality-control purposes Independent Contractor Opportunity This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position. Contractors are responsible for their own transportation, supplies, equipment, taxes, and business expenses. Shining Faith Cleaning Services provides the customer opportunity and job scope. Contractors decide whether to accept or decline individual assignments.
