REQUIREDFull-Time | Multiple Shifts Available The Professional Group is looking for dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Support Services Specialists to join our team in Roseville, MI. SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday:

Day Shift:

7:00 AM-4:00

PM Evening/Night Shift:

5:00 PM-1:30 AM One weekend per month Please note: Travel in a company vehicle to client locations, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do Clean and maintain assigned facilities according to company and client standards Perform routine cleaning and sanitation, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and disinfecting Inspect your work to ensure quality results Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and work areas Work independently and prioritize daily responsibilities Communicate professionally with supervisors, clients, and building occupants Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, equipment concerns, and supply needs Help maintain building security by securing doors, windows, and access points when required Follow all company safety procedures, including proper chemical handling and PPE use Protect client property and maintain confidentiality Assist with special projects, account coverage, emergency response, and training new team members as needed Represent The Professional Group with professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service What We're Looking For Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation High school diploma or GED preferred 2+ years of commercial cleaning, janitorial, healthcare environmental services, hospitality, manufacturing, or related experience preferred Strong attention to detail Dependable, self-motivated, and professional Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving and time-management skills Ability to adapt to different facilities and client needs Ability to pass required background screenings Where You'll Work Our Support Services Specialists may work in a variety of environments, including: Class A office buildings Healthcare facilities Schools and universities Manufacturing facilities Commercial properties Parking structures Specialty facilities Travel between client locations may be required. Physical Requirements Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb stairs throughout the workday Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently Push and pull cleaning carts, vacuums, and floor equipment Safely operate cleaning equipment and tools Perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods Visually inspect work areas and communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically Why Join The Professional Group?
