Today is awesome! You showed up for work, loaded the truck, and you are handed the day's work orders. You've got the education to complete the jobs for the day and know what need's to be done… now it's time to roll up your sleeves and put it into action. You drive to the customer's house and introduce yourself to the homeowner. You confirm the work estimate and complete a walk around with the customer. You use the opportunity to earn one of your Spiffs to upsell the company's additional services to the homeowner. Now you go to work prepping your work site for power washing the customers residence, taking care around their property as you do so. You power wash the homes exterior using our proprietary methods and leave it sparkling clean before you begin to clean the homes exterior windows. You systematically clean the windows around the customers home with either a mop and squeegee or use our state of the art water fed system. You restore all equipment back to the work truck, thank the customer for their business, then request a Google review and referral before you move on to the next customer of the day. You're already looking forward to tomorrow.

You have the expertise in all the services we offer. Window cleaning, Power washing, Gutter cleaning, Solar panel cleaning, Christmas Lights, Dryer vent cleaning, Concrete cleaning, Gutter Guard Installation.
Become a trusted professional:
You keep your tools neat, clean, and well maintained so they're handy, ready and safe to use. You are VERY detailed oriented. You'll learn to use our software, clean efficiently, understand job-scope, estimating, equipment, inventory, etc. because you'll know that this keeps everyone informed - from the customer to the team back at the office. You'll look forward to the day when you're a trusted industry expert with your own apprentices.
Pathways to advancement:
Your starting as a Technician, after that you'll strive to be a Team Lead Technician. Once a Team Lead, you will be trained to manage your team. After mastering your team you will have the opportunity to be become a Field Supervisor to manage other teams. Each pathway to advancement opens doors for more pay. Our Lead Service Experts will earn $30,000 to $55,000 a year plus tips, bonuses, incentives, and spiffs!
Job Requirements:
You love to learn: You have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in this field is a must to apply. Professional experience as a window cleaner and or power washer in a residential or commercial setting is a plus. Most importantly, you have a drive to learn more because you know that it serves everyone - from the customer to the team to yourself. You'll learn our culture, job site safety, customer interaction, how to up-sell, and get an overview of our entire system and processes at our company. You're a tech-savvy people person: You love the challenge you're posed with and the adventure of completing a job well done. At the same time, you're comfortable talking to a homeowner and professionally educating them in what their options are. Service recommendations, technical information, cleaning agents? No problem. You're ready to work: You have a driver's license, a ready-to-work problem solving attitude, and no problem handling the physical demands of the job - such as
