Job Overview Happy House Cleaning is hiring Residential Cleaning Technicians to join our small, supportive team. This is a physically active, daytime position for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up reliably, and enjoys seeing the results of a job well done. You'll work as part of a team cleaning residential homes and following clear systems and checklists to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Responsibilities Clean residential homes including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces Follow company checklists, cleaning flow, and time expectations Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly Work efficiently as part of a team Communicate respectfully with clients and teammates Requirements Reliable and punctual attendance Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting, repetitive movement) Ability to work at a steady pace in a team environment Reliable transportation to and from work Willingness to learn and follow established systems Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required (paid training provided) Schedule and Pay Part-time, weekday daytime hours (typically between 8:30am-4:30pm) 15-30 hours per week $17-$20 per hour depending on experience and performance Paid training Mileage reimbursement Tips shared among the team
