Clean Team is currently seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaner to join our growing organization in Standish, MI. In this role, you will be a vital part of maintaining a pristine, healthy environment for our clients. This is an excellent part-time evening opportunity featuring merit-based pay increases and a clear path for professional advancement within our management tier.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a crucial member of our team, your daily objectives will revolve around high-quality sanitation and facility upkeep. Your core duties will include, but are not limited to:
Surface Sanitation:
Systematically dusting, wiping down, and disinfecting workspaces, desks, countertops, and high-touch points to promote a healthy atmosphere.
Floor Maintenance:
Detailed sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming across various flooring types to ensure spotless walkways.
Waste Management:
Efficiently gathering and emptying trash, recycling, and debris bins, replacing liners as required.
Restroom Refreshing:
Rigorously cleaning and sanitizing restroom facilities, replenishing essential soap, paper, and hygiene dispensers.
Facility Inspection:
Routinely scanning assigned zones to identify and report any maintenance needs, safety hazards, or structural repairs.
