You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the bowling lanes, assisting customers, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the area. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner. Assign bowling lanes and assist with equipment (shoes, balls, lane adjustments). Monitor lane activity and troubleshoot minor issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lanes and seating areas. Clean and stock the bowling area, including resetting lanes and collecting used equipment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Ensure a positive experience by providing exceptional service.

Requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, friendly, and outgoing. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be 18 years or older. Basic math skills for handling payments.
