Job Description
Custodial Supervisor Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Custodial Supervisor to our team at a busy community and recreation facility near the West Maple Road corridor in West Bloomfield Township. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, staying involved in daily operations, and taking pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment. The Custodial Supervisor will help guide the cleaning team, monitor quality, and support the day-to-day needs of an active facility used by staff, program participants, and visitors. We are looking for someone who is approachable, organized, and ready to lead by example. Responsibilities Lead and support assigned custodial employees Assign work and monitor cleaning quality Assist with routine custodial duties as needed Help maintain supplies, equipment, and safe work practices Communicate staffing, service, or facility concerns to management Requirements Previous custodial experience required Previous supervisory or leadership experience required Consistent and reliable attendance Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead employees and respond to changing priorities Ability to perform the physical demands of routine custodial work
