Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Worker to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across various facilities, including food production areas, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and commercial spaces. Your efforts will ensure compliance with sanitation standards and promote a healthy workplace for all staff members. This position offers an energetic work environment where your contributions directly impact operational efficiency and safety. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of industrial and commercial spaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Conduct sanitation procedures in food processing and manufacturing areas to meet health and safety regulations Maintain cleanliness of workstations, machinery, floors, walls, and other surfaces in accordance with established protocols Assist with heavy lifting tasks during cleaning operations or when moving supplies and equipment Follow detailed cleaning schedules and document completed tasks for compliance purposes Operate janitorial equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and vacuums efficiently and safely Support custodial activities in warehouses, ensuring all areas are organized, sanitized, and hazard-free This is a 3rd shift position Experience Prior experience in industrial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles preferred Familiarity with food production or manufacturing environments is highly advantageous Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations related to food processing or warehouse settings Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively during cleaning or maintenance tasks Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers or pressure washers is a plus Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Join us in creating a safe and spotless environment where quality meets efficiency!
