Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Apartment/House Cleaner, where your dedication to cleanliness and customer satisfaction will shine! In this vital role, you will responsible for preparing vacant units for new residents by completing thorough cleaning, light maintenance tasks, and ensuring each unit meets move-in readiness standards. Works efficiently to maintain high-quality presentation and turnaround timelines for the property. Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning of vacant units, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, and fixtures Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to ensure units are fully move-in ready Complete light tasks such as replacing bulbs, filters, and basic touch-ups as needed Follow company standards and checklists to ensure consistent quality across all units Work efficiently to meet turnover deadlines and support timely unit availability
