Job Description

Work with friends in an environment that rewards you for your hard work and provides a lifelong career if you choose. Sick of a boss, wish you had more of a coach? Love freedom and autonomy in how you operate each day? Wish you could score touchdowns every day, but actually get paid for the goals you hit? Boy, do we have a job for you! In this role your effort directly impacts how much you earn and how quickly you grow. You work hard because everyone else on your team works hard too. You develop your skills today, and every day because you know that leading by example and growing in your position opens up a career for life. At the end of the day, you wrap up the last task and hang out with your friends for a few minutes again before heading home, or maybe you hang out with them playing games, getting a bite to eat, or hitting the gym. Does this sound like a place you'd like to spend your day? Do you enjoy working outside? This isn't a position where you can coast—it's designed for someone who wants to stay active, perform at a high level, and maybe move into leadership over time. As an applicant, you'd be joining WOH Services, a well-established, family-owned company serving the Twin Cities. We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in doing quality work and contributing to a strong team. In this role, you'd have the opportunity to earn between $25-$38 per hour after training, with paid training provided even if you have no prior experience. Your schedule would be consistent—Monday through Friday with no nights—and your performance would directly influence your income through a transparent pay system. Day to day, you'd handle tasks like window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing at residential and commercial properties. During the holiday season, you may also install custom high quality decorative lighting. You'd work outdoors and travel with your crew in company vehicles, using provided equipment. If you step into a Crew Lead position, you'd take on more responsibility by guiding a small team, maintaining job quality and safety, and ensuring customers have a great experience. If you need training and supervision for window cleaning and soft washing jobs, your compensation would start with hourly training pay ($18-$20/hr ) for your first 5 full days, then shift into performance-based earnings. Most technicians earn $25-$32/hr, while experienced team members often reach $30-$38/hr or more with tips and bonuses. Leadership roles can include a higher base rate plus additional incentives and paid time off.
The pay structure is straightforward:
after training, you earn a percentage of each completed job + bonuses and tips. There's no requirement to sell—your income increases as you work efficiently and deliver high-quality results. You'd likely be a strong fit if you show up consistently, enjoy physical and outdoor work, and want your pay tied to your performance rather than just hours worked. This role also suits someone who takes ownership, values quality, and is open to growing into more responsibility. On the other hand, this may not be the right fit if you prefer slower-paced environments, want minimal accountability, are uncomfortable with heights or physical labor, or are only looking for short-term work. The average work day starts at 7:30 AM and ends between 3:00-4:00 PM. You'd need to be able to lift 50 lbs over your head (to safely put a ladder on the vehicle ladder rack), work on ladders, and reliably get to the Bloomington location. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. Hiring includes a background check and drug test, though results are only considered in relation to the role. Overall, this opportunity is designed for someone who wants to earn well, stay physically active, and build a path into leadership within a company that promotes from within. If this sounds like you, we are looking for technicians and crew leaders.
