Ongoing for 26-27 SY The Buildings and Grounds Department for Bloomington Public Schools pulls from this posting multiple times throughout the year to hire base custodians Hires happen on an as-needed basis. The post expires at the end of each school year and re-opens in time for the next school year. Please submit your application. As a position opens, you will be contacted for an interview.

Position:

Base Custodian (On-going/As-Needed)

Hours:

8 Hours per day 5 days a week 261 days - 12 months

Requirements:

Clean and maintain areas of school building such as sweeping, emptying waste baskets, mopping, vacuuming, minor repairs. Setting and take downs of events as needed. Prompt, regular and reliable attendance Able to lift 60 lbs Ability to work independently or as part of a team Demonstrate written and verbal skills Other duties as assigned
