Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Residential Cleaner - Maple Cleaning Co.

Location:

Brainerd Lakes Area, MN (Breezy Point, Crosby, Deerwood & surrounding communities)

Pay:

Starting at $20-$30/hour, based on experience and performance, with opportunities for raises. About Maple Cleaning Co. Maple Cleaning Co. provides premium cleaning and property care for vacation rentals and private homes throughout the Brainerd Lakes Area. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and wants to be part of a growing local business where quality always comes first. What You'll Do Clean vacation rentals and residential homes to high standards Dust, vacuum, mop, clean kitchens and bathrooms Make beds and stage homes for arriving guests Wash, fold, and restock linens and towels Report maintenance issues or damaged items Restock supplies when needed Occasionally perform deep cleaning projects Work independently while managing your time efficiently What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to lift up to 40 pounds and be on your feet for several hours Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to pass a background check Cleaning experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person. Schedule Flexible, part-time to start with the opportunity for additional hours as we continue to grow. Most work takes place between 10:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
