location. The ideal candidate will be very responsible, present a clean image, be able to work independently and live in the nearby Buffalo area. Must be detailed and know what "clean" is. The usual shift is two rotating weekday evening shifts for 2 hours each, plus 8 hours total every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday. (16 hours total every two weeks). Some flexibility on shift times is possible. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping and mopping floors. Clean, sanitize and detail washers, dryers and other equipment. Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Ensure that all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition. Report any maintenance or repair issues. Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time-frames. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a public environment. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety precautions is preferred. Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members, customers and supervisors.
