Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Pay begins at $18/hour.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL
Have a flexible schedule and willingness to work a combination of daytime, night, and weekend hours Be willing to set up and strike events (tables, chairs, furniture, occasional staging) in addition to cleaning before, during, and after events Be willing to collaborate with co-workers and be a team player Be open to working with guests and patrons in a courteous manner Be able to regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds

EXPERIENCE
High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
