Part-Time Weekend Custodian Faith Lutheran Church is seeking a dependable and responsible Part-Time Weekend Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our congregation and community. About the Opportunity This position is primarily scheduled on Sundays, every other weekend , and offers an opportunity to serve in a supportive church environment while contributing to the care and upkeep of our facility. Responsibilities The Part-Time Weekend Custodian will: Follow the work schedule and instructions provided by the Facilities Supervisor. Complete custodial checklists and follow security and building procedures. Provide custodial services for church functions and activities. Report repair and maintenance needs to the Facilities Supervisor. Complete closing procedures, including securing the building, turning off lights, and adjusting thermostats as needed. Communicate effectively with the Facilities Supervisor. Follow written and verbal instructions. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is: Dependable, honest, responsible, and at least 18 years old. Able to work independently without direct supervision. Able to relate well to people and provide excellent customer service. Willing and able to follow written and verbal instructions. Committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
