Our Opportunity We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Day Cleaner to join our team at our luxury apartment communities in Forest Lake, MN. This role is essential to maintaining clean, welcoming, and high-end living environments for our residents. This role is responsible for multiple sites within Forest Lake, and duties include general cleaning and upkeep of the property, offices, community and helping with turning of apartments.

Schedule:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours weekly), Apartment turnover

OVT Pay Range :

$20-25 an hour Responsibilities include: General cleaning and upkeep of offices, common areas, and community spaces such as hallways, entryways, restrooms, and amenity areas Apartment turnovers, cleaning units between residents Working with the property management and maintenance teams to uphold property standards

Qualifications:

Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, well-presented spaces Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Dependable, punctual, and professional

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
