Pay Rate:

$15.00-$16.00 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment in commercial office buildings and facilities. This position requires working independently during evening hours and taking pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas Vacuum carpets and mop hard-surface floors Empty trash and recycling containers Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces Clean and disinfect high-touch areas, including door handles, light switches, and shared equipment Replenish restroom and kitchen supplies as needed Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Secure facility upon completion of assigned tasks Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages to management Qualifications Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleaning standards Dependable transportation to and from job sites Ability to pass a background check, if required Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 30-50 pounds Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks Comfortable working around cleaning products and equipment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible part-time evening schedule Paid training Opportunities for advancement Supportive work environment How to Apply Please submit your application with your contact information and any relevant work experience.
