Responsibilities:

Providing support and guidance to our janitorial team members Quality checking janitorial accounts Coaching and training employees Ensuring account coverage Monitor and restock supplies as needed Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly Follow safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required Previous supervisor/leadership experience is preferred but not required Attention to detail and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and follow instructions Reliable and punctual Comfortable using Google Suites and basic computer functions Comfortable using basic cleaning equipment and chemicals The ability to lift up to 25 lbs
