Pay:

$15-$17/hour based on experience and ability to work independently.

Schedule:

Primarily Wednesdays and Saturdays, with additional Monday/Friday hours available as routes grow. Candidates must have dependable availability for assigned recurring shifts.

Responsibilities:

Clean offices, restrooms, break rooms and common areas Vacuum, sweep and mop floors Empty trash and replace liners Clean/disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas Follow facility-specific cleaning checklists Complete assigned work within scheduled timeframes Submit quality-control photos/videos when required Travel between assigned customer locations Work independently and occasionally alongside another technician

Requirements:

Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license Willing and able to travel between customer locations Dependable attendance — recurring customer accounts require consistent coverage Ability to work independently without constant supervision Ability to perform physical cleaning work for several hours Smartphone for scheduling, communication and QC documentation Commercial cleaning experience preferred, but strong candidates can be trained

Important:

This is an on-the-road position, not one fixed cleaning location. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling between assigned customer sites. We are looking for technicians who want consistent recurring work and the opportunity to gain additional hours as the company adds accounts.

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
