Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Member to join our facilities maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment across our operational sites. Your proactive approach will ensure our facilities uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and appearance. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including offices, manufacturing floors, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents. Handle custodial tasks such as trash removal, floor buffing, and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards. Follow safety protocols during chemical handling and manual handling tasks to prevent accidents or injuries. Assist with light maintenance duties such as minor repairs or painting as needed to support facility upkeep. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage of chemicals in accordance with safety procedures. Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and uphold a safe working environment. Qualifications Ability to handle chemical agents safely following safety protocol guidelines. Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers or scrubbers is a plus. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks while adhering to safe lifting practices.
