Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

About Us Spray Dirty Away LLC is a locally owned cleaning and property services company serving residential and commercial clients throughout Central Minnesota. We are currently expanding and building a team of dependable cleaning professionals as we secure new service contracts. Position Summary We are accepting applications for future Cleaning Technician opportunities. Qualified applicants will be contacted as new jobs become available. Responsibilities Clean apartments, offices, barbershops, and commercial buildings. Complete move-in and move-out apartment turnovers. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, windows, mirrors, and common areas. Remove trash and maintain a clean work environment. Follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures. Arrive on time and communicate professionally with clients and supervisors. Qualifications Reliable and dependable. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Reliable transportation to job sites. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals. Compensation Pay is provided on a per-job basis. Earnings vary depending on the size and scope of each cleaning project.
