Turnover Cleaner - Crystal Area Ultimate Properties is looking for a dependable Turnover Cleaner to prepare rental units for new tenants in Crystal area . This is an independent contractor position with flexible scheduling , allowing you to accept cleaning jobs based on your availability. The goal is to make sure each rental property is clean, organized, and move-in ready . Responsibilities Clean vacant rental units between tenants, including kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, floors, and windows Deep clean and sanitize baseboards, fixtures, cabinets, and other areas throughout the property Remove minor trash, debris, or belongings left behind by previous tenants Check the property while cleaning and report any damage or maintenance issues Complete cleaning assignments thoroughly and within the required timeframe Take photos of before and completed work when requested Requirements Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines Flexible availability as rental units become vacant Good communication and ability to report issues found at the property Must have reliable transportation to rental properties in the Crystal area
