What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Provide, under the direction of a Community Manager, for the physical cleanliness and general upkeep of designated buildings and grounds. Attention to detail and ability to work independently are required skills. Duties include cleaning common areas as well as vacant apartments to make them move in ready.
