Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere for visitors. The cleaning is for nightly rentals at local condos. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report when supplies are low. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or event setups. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that require standing for extended periods. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is an advantage. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Must have reliable transportation Paid training and pay increase after 60 days depending on performance.
