Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front of House Stocker and Cleaner for Dining to ensure the cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation of our dining area. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment, restocking supplies, and supporting food service staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your energetic approach and commitment to hygiene will help uphold our high standards of food safety and sanitation, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Duties Restock dining area with clean utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary supplies to ensure seamless service. Perform thorough cleaning of tables, chairs, floors, and service stations in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures. Assist with bussing tables by clearing dishes, glassware, and trash promptly to maintain a tidy environment. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup for meal service. Operate kitchen equipment safely when required, adhering to kitchen health and safety standards. Follow proper manual handling techniques when lifting heavy items such as bulk supplies or cleaning equipment. Maintain strict sanitation standards through regular cleaning routines and adherence to food safety management protocols. Support catering or banquet setups by organizing tables and ensuring cleanliness before events commence. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in roles involving cleaning or stock management. Familiarity with food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and kitchen health standards is essential. Experience with dishwashing, operating basic kitchen equipment, and knife skills is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety management systems and proper sanitizing procedures is beneficial. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during stock replenishment or cleaning tasks. Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in hospitality settings. Strong organizational skills combined with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in fast-paced environments.
