Lobby & Entry Areas Vacuum and mop floors Clean entry doors and glass Dust furniture, tables, ledges, and surfaces Clean fingerprints and smudges Empty trash and replace liners Maintain a clean and presentable appearance Hallways Vacuum carpet Sweep and mop hard floors Dust ledges, trim, and surfaces Spot-clean walls and doors Remove cobwebs Clean fingerprints and smudges Elevators Vacuum and mop floors Clean elevator doors and stainless steel Clean mirrors Wipe buttons and touch surfaces Remove fingerprints and smudges Restrooms Clean and disinfect toilets and urinals Clean sinks, countertops, and faucets Clean mirrors Sweep and mop floors Refill paper products and soap Empty trash Disinfect high-touch surfaces Fitness Center Vacuum and mop floors Wipe and disinfect equipment Clean mirrors Dust surfaces Empty trash Clubroom & Lounge Vacuum and mop floors Dust furniture and surfaces Clean tables and countertops Clean glass and mirrors Empty trash Straighten furniture Kitchen / Coffee Area Clean and disinfect countertops Clean sinks and faucets Wipe appliance exteriors Clean tables and surfaces Sweep and mop floors Empty trash Pool & Patio Areas Remove trash and debris Empty trash receptacles Sweep hard surfaces Wipe tables and common furniture Maintain clean and orderly areas Stairwells & Other Common Areas Sweep and mop stairs and landings Vacuum carpeted areas Clean handrails Remove cobwebs Spot-clean walls and doors Clean trash rooms and trash chute areas Report maintenance or safety issues to management
