No experience required, we provide all the tools and training needed to do the job and do it well. We are a small team so exemplary attendance is a must. Compensation is based on the account(s) cleaned- if you finish your work early you get to leave early. This is a moderate intensity physical job that involves bending to change trash bags and clean bathrooms, pushing floor scrubbers and trash carts, lifting cases of supplies and trash bags into dumpsters, and walking across large buildings. Work begins after the accounts close for business so shifts are all late evening to night time. Must be able to walk, bend, push, and lift for extended periods Must have reliable transportation Must be self-motivated and able to self-supervise after training Must be able to work evenings and late nights Must possess basic organizational skills and attention to detail Must be able to follow verbal instructions Must be able to communicate in person, over the phone, and through text Good attendance is mandatory Limited English speakers welcome to apply.
