Job Description

Seed Cleaner Needed:
Someone with excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills who loves to work outdoors. Do you have experience with seed processing or are highly motivated to learn? If this sounds like you, read on to learn about our position in seed processing (cleaning).
The position involves:
Processing native grass and wildflower seed to remove weed seeds and other foreign material. Assist in getting seed cleaned in a timely fashion Identifying 200+ kinds of seed; prior experience not required but you need to be highly motivated to learn. Operating various machinery ranging from tractors to seed cleaners. Work outside in the cold and heat, tolerate dust and regularly lift 50-pound bags of seed and do other physical work. Willingness to go out of town when necessary to harvest seed, trips are typically in the fall and last 2-7 days. This is a great opportunity to work with natural resources and agriculture.
