- Manufacturing Operations Department
- supporting the
- Production, Quality, Safety, and Maintenance Teams

- Pay Range:
- $42 - $48/hr
- What's the Job?
- + Lead daily production operations and supervise a team of approximately 40 hourly employees.
+ Drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with GM's SPQRCE framework.
+ Monitor production metrics, conduct quality checks, and resolve operational issues.
+ Coach employees, handle attendance and performance discussions, and maintain required documentation.
+ Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve manufacturing goals.
- What's Needed?
- + High School Diploma or GED required. + 5+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities. + Experience leading production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. + Proficiency with computer systems including Excel, Word, Kronos, and production reporting tools + Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and time-management skills.
