Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Power Washing Crew Lead to oversee and execute high-quality commercial projects. This leadership role involves guiding a team of technicians to deliver exceptional power washing services for commercial properties. As a key team member, you will ensure safety standards are maintained, work is completed efficiently, and customer satisfaction is prioritized. Duties Lead and supervise a team of power washing technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects Demonstrate proper use of power washing equipment, chemicals, and safety gear to maintain high standards of quality and safety Coordinate daily schedules, monitor progress, and Run your own crew Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations Train new team members on techniques, safety protocols, and equipment handling Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and supplies throughout each job site Qualifications Must have a valid drivers license Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, and operating equipment for extended periods Join us as a Power Washing Crew Lead to make an impact through leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
