Job Description We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Parts & Service Porter to join our busy dealership team. In this dual-department role, you will work closely with both our service and parts operations to ensure our customer-facing areas, vehicles, shop, and lot remain clean, organized, and ready for business at all times—while also keeping our parts inventory flowing with local runs and hot shots. Daily Priorities & Responsibilities Parts Deliveries & Hot Shots Execute local parts pick-ups and hot-shot runs in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Transport parts securely between suppliers, wholesale accounts, and our dealership to support the parts counter and service technicians. Load and unload parts efficiently upon returning to the department. Customer & Rental Vehicles Vacuum and clean customer vehicles as needed, ensuring they are left clean and presentable. Clean, vacuum, and stage rental vehicles so they are fully organized and ready for incoming customers. Customer Lounge & Amenities Maintain the customer waiting area and kids' room, keeping them clean, organized, and presentable. Straighten furniture regularly to maintain a neat appearance throughout the day. Manage customer hospitality snacks—specifically, put out hot dogs and ensure there are always at least six ready on the rollers. Shop & Tool Room Assistance Help keep the tool room and shop clean and organized. Wipe down lifts and other shared equipment as needed. Clean and clear workstations, empty trash, and assist with general facility upkeep. Lot Maintenance Walk the lot regularly to pick up debris and remove trash of any kind from the property and surrounding areas. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional look across the entire dealership exterior. Qualifications & Expectations Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required for parts delivery runs). Strong work ethic with the ability to stay busy, manage time effectively, and handle multiple daily tasks. A team player attitude willing to assist both the parts and service departments seamlessly. Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on high cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction standards. Pay:
